Help id hub please

What hub do I have here? There is no label on the hub, or they might have been stickered and came off. I have the rear hub also. The flanges are asymetric with 16 holes on non-drive and 18 holes on drive side.

Does look like a hope hub. You sure about those numbers? 16 and 18 makes 34.........never heard of a 34 hole rim? :?

Scrub that; just had a better look at the photo.

Those flanges do look very 'Hope', it's not beyond the realms of possibility that they made some with custom lacing patterns, but the centre section should be Ti and that looks like aluminium.
 
...............and why would you do that with a front hub? :?

I can understand the thinking at the rear where there are drive and none drive sides, but on the front??

Does it take a spider for a disk by any chance?
