Ok rojo - here's my five penny worth.
Take small steps at a time. If you run aim for a couple of times a week and tell someone what you intend - makes it harder to back out!
Put your stuff ready in advance - I go running early in the morning so put stuff out the night before - get up , into kit and go! If you miss a session forgive yourself and go for the next one rather than stop altogether.
Same goes for a ride - decide where to go and carry it out - then do a longer one next time!
Oh .....entering something some way in advance can help ...always forces me to do some training.
