Help from USA wanted

Not sure where to post this request, maybe one of the mods can put it in the right place..............anyway here goes.

Can any of the guys stateside help me with receiving an item from a US ebayer and forwarding it to me here in the UK............the item in question is a front mech and the guy "does`nt do overseas postage"
