Help from the style police...fork Q?

Do I replace the original Red Manitou FX(S) forks that really clash with mango colour of my '98 Mango Stumpjumper, or fit some tidy black SID SL's I recently bought? The Rockshoxs are later 2003, but won't spoil the geometry and don't look modern. But will I compromise the integrity of the standard set-up?
Or, who gives a tinkers curse

Fair point.....singletrack at CymCarn is about as hairy as I go nowadays...so I guess to be honest...looker.
If thats what you mean...the bike is my everyday hack. Not too much off road at the moment
