Help frame ID Identity, BSA or rudge whitworth

Hello I got this bike months ago as restoration project, I thought it was a BSA, the speeds were BSA and there is not any sticker on the bike because it was re-painted with a brush. Sadle brooks, but In the chain set it was a hand.... And I got really confuse I hope you can help me guys I've spent like 3 hours trying to find any information on Google looking for similar models....

Thank you very much for your answer i thought it was The sport one but The handlebar have confuse me. I realised that maybe it was turned around.

I have to replace all The bearings, could someone tell me what size? Or maybe if there is a manual similar to What is below

This is/was clearly? a Raleigh rudge, nothing like the old pre war, but with an odd back wheel and BSA 3 speed.
A common bike made up from bits.

If original Raleigh parts, balls for bottom bracket 1/4 inch, head 5/32 inch front hub 3/16 inch. Bear in mind that the bottom bracket and fork threads are 26 threads per inch, whereas the standard was 24.

The size of my tyres are 37-590 650x35 26x1 3/8

I'm trying to find this tyres online in cream or red, but that size is old fashion, could I use the 700x35? Or aren't they gonna fit? Thank you very much.
