HELP FOR HEROES RIDE TO RECOVERY

I am new to this website and the only real reason i have got back into bikes is because i have been asked by a friend to do one of the sponsord h4h rides i am doing catterick on the 29 july . They are taking place all over the uk there is more info on the help for heros website if any one else is doing it let me know
