Help, can anyone tell more about this bike Asta Carbon mould

Hi, this bike has been acquired by me but I have never seen one or know the origin of it.
Carbon Fibre Moulded with the centre pull brakes removed by a, another owner..
Can any one give me any information about where it came from etc. Many thanks in advance
