No, not the sort Edwards brought back from last years OWMTBC but the ones which attach to your cycle helmet. Anyone got one or can recommend one. Looking at a cheapo one rather than a £300 quid one...

I use a Muvi when I'm working on the door (can print out mug shots) and records sound as well. Good, small and solid piece of kit. 3 hour battery and comes with a 2 hour / 2mb memory card (micro sd):

It's worth getting the additional sports kit, which comes with rubber case, armband and helmet / bar mount:

...and there is now a new bar mount as well:

Keep an eye on the prices. Various sellers give big discounts now and again. I've only used it on the bike once at Woodbury Common. Good results for a first attempt! :D

The local Army Surplus store sells the main unit for £80 so good to know if you're worried about cover.

Wow, that un-branded one from Hong Kong is cheap!

Just to add to the possible battery problems mentioned in the bikeradar thread, I've had my Veho branded Muvi camera for over 6 months now with no faults at all. :P

That is tempting for 10 sheets!! Is this really an unbranded veho one? Or a low quality knock off?? The muvi is tempting but if this is the same it seems a no brainer....

Started on the BR thread but it's hard work. Just picked up the £10 quidder from HK as per tiboltrider's post along with a class 6 8GB micro SD card from amazon. Worth a go!

the downer with my 10 quid one is if it is really sunny you can't see the LED to see if it is on or recording, image is shakey off road but not bad on road.

good info Ken. Only to give it a try anyhow.

Does anyone have one of the 300 quidders? Be interesting to know if they are that much better? From looking at a couple of video reviews they're better but I'm not sure if they're £290 better.
