Re:

SJCAM SJ4000 from ebay.

I paid £60 for mine a little while ago and have been nothing but delighted with it.

It is a Go Pro clone and is good enough to have its own clones, so do a quick google search to find out how to tell the clone, from the cloned clone.

I have a GoPro hero2. Very nice. Clear, simple. Has great potential.

Bit heavy on the bounce unless you balance it just right.

Has the site search facility crashed?

Re:

I can see why the more obvious models can antagonise others, so I would go for a small one. I don't like being filmed without my permission, though with my looks it is par for the course.

Can someone who knows about these things confirm this is a legit SJ4000?
After todays episode I'm needing a couple of these things.
I dont believe it is a real one. All current legit SJCAM cameras come branded with the 'SJCAM' logo beneath the lens (and have done so for a couple of years). Pics of the camera on that link dont show any branding.

See this link for more info on how to tell real from fake: http://pevly.com/sjcam-sj-scam-differen ... ke-camera/

Cheers. I ordered a more expensive version from elsewhere that I'm pretty certain is legit, and if it's not the return options are much better.
