helmet cam footage used in court

Says he was cleared of also doing the same thing to another person.

Traffic gives me the fear.

that was part of what interested me, that the video footage was used to convict but wondered if being cleared on the other case was potentially due to lack of evidence, and that courts are now accepting amateur video as evidence to support charges, although this could be a slippery slope in a reluctance to convict in the absence of footage

I looked at a helmet cam a while back but eventually decided against, but having been "pushed into the kerb" by a motorist the other day in London (he wasn't paying attention I think rather than a deliberact act given his reaction when I raised it with him) it does make you think......and there are clearly some people out there who have anger management and other issues.

Think I'm going to invest in a cam so my death can go viral :-(

Really though its bad enough out there with the bad drivers as it is. People trying to take you out on purpose is terrible.
I feel bad for not using my bike enough but the first part of my route is shocking.

A cam could be an essential item soon, makes sense if that is all there is to help you get the idiots convicted.
