ACHTUNG!
Despite being german I had to laugh hard.
Seems to be out of a `95 batch that didnt have that Kona typical sloping top tube.
Owned one of these myself and sold it due to that important detail.
Edit: Thinking about it, Germans probably just say "Achtung!" on a regular basis if they wear a uniform.
Frame is probably sold by a Oberfeldwebel or a Wachtmeister
Edit2: If someone really wants that frame I could arrange that for the actual shipping costs.
