Yeah, something doesn't look quite right does it... Also don't '93 models have the usual extention above the seat tube?

Either way I wish people wouldn't patch locally made disc tabs onto them like that

I think they went over to Sandvic/bullet stays during the 93 model year, so the bike shown below, which appears to be an authentic 93 Hei Hei, is different from the bikes in the 1993 catalogues (both of them)
