Its either a '93 or a '94 l think with the short seat tube extension.
l have to say l dont like the look of it as much as the normal ones.
Also if its a '93 l dont think it will have corrected for suspension geometry but l may be wrong :?

Hei Heis were made in this shape from 94 to part way through 96, and they were all were made for a 41cm P2.

You are quite correct. l was thinking of 'Newsboys' Hei Hei which had the short st extension but that is actually a '94 with '93 decals which confused me. :roll:
