definition for us english polite folk..a murican...
Inhabitants of The United States of America. Typically uneducated and/or ignorant, they tend to have conservative political stances, speak only American English (no foreign languages), tend to only live and travel exclusively inside the United States, have strict religious ethical codes and practices, and rarely understand or mingle with people of other cultures, races, or ethnicities. Merikans are often disliked by citizens of other Nations and tend to be parodied in foreign television, movies, or other media. They tend to also be disliked by many other Americans

thats not very nice.

I hope that was sarcasm!

It was literally dripping with it, hence the bolded FTW.

I mean, really. You get some free advice from one of the best aluminum frame welders in the world, and counter with some ridiculous I-can-fix-it-my-dad's-a-TV-repairman-he's-got-a-wicked-set-of-tools* retort? Come on.

*bonus points for guessing the quote
Touche! I just had to make sure. And I'm completely with you on the ridiculous follow up comments.

Was that really necessary?

If you're typing, can it still be referred to as Foot in Mouth Disease?

Some of the guys here know a legend when they see one.

LeeDevelopment's DH bike........guess who welded it (first 2 don't count)
And to further educate our clueless friend, he can have a look here for some fine examples of FTW's work: http://ftwindustries.blogspot.com/.

I'm sorry, have I missed something?

Guy asks for advice about welding a frame that has cracked and gets some advice and opinion from the usual assembles RB massive and a real gem of advice from one of the finest in the business (yes the World, and not just the USA).

The conversation then slides into the mire...
