Headset spacer for 1" steerer

Anyone know where I can get one? All my searching comes up with 1 1/8 spacers.

My local bike shop had 1" in with the 1.125" spacers.

I bought some not too long ago, so that would probably be CRC. OnOne/PlanetX possibly as well.

EBay had loads too.
