Headset? frame problems!

I love my De-Kerf but a small problem has arisen. The frame was bought last year s/h but resprayed and finished up to a new standard.I bought a brand new Hope headset and Rockshox SID fork.Since new the headset has a few tightspots and began to make a few odd noises! It was stripped out and there was anodising missing from inside the cup and the back of the steerer tube. The headset was inspected and analised and new bearings were sent from Hope.No problem there i thought.Tried some El cheapo forks fom my shop and they were as smooth as silk great i thought! The forks were sent back to Rockshox to be checked out.The verdict was a misaligned steerer which has been replaced.Popped them back in this morning and guess what ? Problem persists! I love my De-Kerf but don't know where to go from here! Thinking bout getting the headtube faced, would this have been done from new? Or maybe some sort of incompatibility with the parts i'am using? Can anyone help? Anyone suffered a similiar experience? Please let me know!
Thanx Max

I don't understand - if the problem is only there with the SID, why are you blaming the de Kerf? Surely if the headset was loose in the frame, it would creak with any fork wouldn't it?

Of course, we need pictures of your de Kerf in order to be able to advise properly!

A couple opf pictures for your enjoyment!
Thanx Max
