Having trouble with the archives

Hi Everyone

Don't know if it is just me or my computer, every time I try to go in the Manufactures Archives, I get a message say 'taking too long to respond' then I can't access anything on the site until I restart my computer.....

Just to clarify everything else on here I can get okay.......

Yep, same with me. I just assumed it was my ageing computer and rural download speed.

About a week ago I was having the same issue, but I've not had the need to look again....feel better now I know it wasn't my rural 'net connection either!

I had that here, too. It seems to be a technical problem. The whole homepage server seems to go down for a few minutes. While I get a ping response, all http requests to retrobike.co.uk (not only the archive pages) throw time outs.
