Having trouble posting pics

I started a thread a few weeks ago trying to ascertain what year my GT Avalanche frame is from.....am NOT a computer whiz in any sense....have managed to get the photos into my hotmail account but can't resize them to get them on here....can anyone help ? Thanks

It's much easier with a Mac

it's much easier with paint
open the picture you wish too resize with paint, and click image then re-size/skew, i have 12mp cameras and i have too shrink them too 40% of original, use that as a rough guide
