Have Yodel nicked my frame??? UPDATE

i cant believe you are using them agasin!

i send out about 8 parcels a week and the ONLY problems i have ever had have been with yodel!

I used to work in retail and signed for boxes from music companies with £1000's worth of CD's in. The only one I ever found where the drivers were always nice, the packages handled well and the service excellent was UPS.

Got myself lost in Central London once, looking for a 'Square' that didn't seem to exist; collared a nearby UPS driver and he couldn't have been more helpfull

Received an answerphone message this morning from the Scunthorpe depot:

"Hi Mr Tully, it's Saima here. Your bike frame has turned up at the depot and it's gone out on a van for delivery today"

No apology or explanation as to why it went missing for a week...

Told you...

It could very well be a logistics issue and your box is still sitting somewhere completely forgotten about; unbelievably it does happen...
