Home Delivery Network bought DHL Express and rebranded themselves Yodel.

That makes sense.

Home delivery network are/were totally inept and my one experience with Yodel has not been good.

I have already neglected to by something as the seller would only send with Yodel.

Only by not using these tossers will we be rid of them.

Have posted and received stuff from expensive hifi to whole bikes and have had no real problems using parcel2go. dbmtb has just received a whole heap of hifi sent from the UK to Denmark without issue via parcel2go.

Just write an real actual letter and send it to the director, recorded and see where you get to.

Last bike I shipped through P2Go went via HDL - disappeared for a few days but did arrive. Never got a sensible answer on where it was for the four days it took to get from Kent (last tracked point) to Droitwich, especially as Droitwich was further from the destination address than where it started from (and would have gone even closer on the way getting to Droitwich).

Dhl

I send jiffy bags to 40ft containers worldwide for an engineering company, over the years dhl and TNT have lost items,

you need to do is ask dhl to carry out a warehouse search, things have been found in the past miss sorted in a corner of a depot. If after 48 they haven't found it they can deam it lost and you can post a claim with dhl. Be warned due to the Warsaw convention you will not get the value of the frame just a couple of gbp per kg.

Was the address marked on the side of the box or was it In a document wallet? Could this of become detached from the box?

Good luck

Yodel are cr4p ! Had 2 or 3 issues with them now. They used to be HDL but has such a bad name they renamed themselves Yodel, but did nothing to improve their service

Im really gutted about this Mark is a top bloke and has been an absolute star about this. He's been ringing around an emailing all day. Im mainly gutted as the bike was my unicorn and if it has been lost I doubt another one like it would turn up for sale. I am however keeping my hope's up that it's sat in a van or depot corner awaiting delevery. Thanks again Mark for sorting it all out.
