What is the best low priced headset out there?

I've got the Stronglight A9 Steel on mine, its ok. Not the lightest but very good value for money so I'd recommend it. Chose that over the Tange as I needed the larger stack height (Stronglight is approx 40mm to the Tange's 30mm). Spa Cycles is my LBS so I went in and had a look at both. Didn't really seem to be any difference in quality between the two.

There is Ritchey Logic probably had for around £10, also Mart as well.

just to say the logic has a plastic top cover as that puts some people off.

If the MPart is like the one I bought, then the bearings are undersized and very poor. Mine did 600 offroad miles and we wrecked.
