Won the yellow stem (was after a cheap yellow aheadset stem
and was sent the silver, slightly better stem

Salve your conscience, and tell the seller their mistake. With karma on your side they may tell you to keep it or may sell it to you for a reasonable price, rather than the rigmaroll of posting it back and refunding fees etc. Even if it doesn't pan out as well as it could, you'll have done the right thing. If you keep it it'll surely break as your grabbing some air.
