Gulf Racing colours! The front triangle looks to be made from oversized tubing, although it might be an illusion. Maybe made for a very powerful sprinter?
My 1969 track frame (allegedly made by Harry personally) is quite unlike that - it has shot-in seatstays, a super-slim seatstay bridge and massive fork offset. Not many HQs are alike.
