The other famous Philadelphia frame builder, this is a later production TIG Steel frame and fork. 50cm ST, 53cm TT, 1" headset, 68mm bb , 27.0 seat tube. Brand new and never even built up. No idea on the weight, but it's svelte. I'd myself would keep it x25 or smaller, but that's just me. YMMV. Located in the States. I have shipping weights and dimensions.
