Errrrm, have had some changes but nothing too huge. Got hold of a 2009 Orange 5 to replace my 2006 Have spent the day taking the Fox 36's apart to clean the seals and found that the stantions have worn right to the metal around the foam washers. :evil:

Forks had so much crud down the Talas side that it's no wonder they're stuffed. Thick clay in the foam washer. Wouldn't be so bad but the chap the bike came from said the forks were serviced last year. Not a chance :evil:

Work better now they've had a clean but still looks like a £200+ crown replacement and £150+ sercice before long. Ace.

Think I'll just have to get these sorted as a new set is up near £900 these days :shock: Thought about a second hand set but there's always a chance they'll be duff too.
Had them too long to get a refund and I like the rest of the bike. I haven't riden them enough for me to have done the damage so I'm a bit cheesed off tbh.
