Handmade cycling caps / casquettes

Absolutely! I've made a few wool caps over the years.

I'd just have to factor the additional fabric cost into the overall price.
Can you send some photos of samples? Merino wool as at least 90% of the entire cap with ear flaps too?
 
I just have the one sample on hand, as attached.

So the entire crown is 100% wool with the liner being made of cotton.

I haven't yet made a cap with ear flaps, but if you share a picture of the type of ear flaps you're looking for I can add those quite easily.

Looks great. I'd love one with that colour merino wool and cotton lining in orange.

1761673571869.webp 1761673622692.webp Basically just a slight addition of material at the ear to go down. Not flaps as such, I still want to be able to push that material above my hear on warmer days. Notice how the back of the cap slopes down a bit too.

Possible?
