Handlebar groove infills

I want to 'age' a set of bars with two sets of grooves and dont have enough rubber infills to do all 4 grooves. Does anybody know where or if you can buy this without buying a new stem just for two lengths ?

Evening shawnb, i did something similar recently. I cut some old padded bar tape to the right length and width, stuck it in with double sided sticky tape and then taped over it with new bar tape. It's done a pretty good job so maybe worth a try?. Cheers matt

I've used some lengths of old brake cable outer and taped them in place in the outer groove as I find the double grooved bars used with the inner brake cabling only hurt my hands as the top edge is quite 'thin'.
