Ok... im thinking of selling my bike as i now only road ride.
Ive had this bike for ever, brilliant bike, brilliant condition.

Any feed back would be greatfull

Yeah, no, no it' not! Classic misdirection is an understatement!

But anyhoo, you might want to post up the serial number, as it looks like a 1996, bu serial will tell. If you still had the original stem/bars maybe put them back on, probably help it to sell easier.
Did you build it up originally as LE's didn't come with XT.

You could by the LE as a frame only option, so it could well be an LE frame, not that that makes any difference other than an extra decal.

Yep...I'm aware. I bought a bare frame in 94 but technically the designator of LE is xtr. It's like calling a BMW 535 an M5. It just ain't so.
