Translasting the page shows that the Spinergy wheels are not included but can be added for an additional 280 euros. No wheels at all are included. Just giving info for any people too lazy to translate the page

Cheeky the fact that he has added at the end that the wheels will be Mavic Crossmax because the spinergy's have gone. Still a cool bike.

Yup. He was offering a choice of wheels.
Spinergys for €280 and Crossmax for €140, but he's sold the Spinergys already
Think he also mentions posting the frame with no parts for less postage.
There's no pedals either.

And I love this line:
