Hey, i'm thrilled to have found this site, retro bikes are the best! 
I'm finally selling my much loved GT STS 10000 DS which i'm hoping will go to a good home....
I bought the bike from an enthusiast a little over 2 years ago, and i was so proud of her that rather than ride, she became a show piece in my hallway for all my mates to drool over!
The frame is in excellent condition (this is evident in the carbon fibre weave which normally can become tarnished over time) and has all the original decals.
Spec:
She has a full Carbon Fibre / Thermoplastic & Aluminium frame with full XTR groupset (apart from the brakes which are hydraulic special edition maguras & a chris king headset) Tyres are tioga factory DH's.
Front forks are the legendary bomber Z1's with RoxSox at the rear. I beleive the bike has around 6" travel.
She has has a little wear on the pedal arms which i suppose is to be expected for a 10 year old bike and this can be seen in the pics attached but its just cosmetic, also the gears need a minor adjustment.
Ive wanted to own this bike since i was 15 but back then it was like 3grand iirc, back in the days when steve peat and rob warner were the big boys!
I'm now restoring a classic mini clubman so need additional funds.
