I have to be missing something or picking this up wrong.

Frame has a cracked headtube that's been welded?

There's a lump of wel that interferes with the headset cup so the cup has been 'notched'?

You've cut one side off a set of Fox 40 crowns and think that's a legit suction for mounting the fork in a 1 1/8" headtube?

The Fox 40 leg clamp is a different diameter to the Lefty fork it's being used to clamp?

And worst of all, you're not telling us about this because you've built it for yourself, rather because you're trying sell it?

What - the actual - hell?

I'm not taking the piss, I'm pointing out the potentially dangerous bodges in your creation. My concern is for whoever might buy this not fully understanding what you have done.
The Fox crowns were designed to share the loading of the forks through the legs on BOTH sides, you have cut one side off each of the crowns and now the loading is taken entirely on ONE side of each crown. With them fitted to the Lefty you have DOUBLED the load on the remaining sides of crowns. Not to mention the alteration to the geometry of the Lefty and frame, the wheel will have moved over to right due to the crowns being shorter (this info supplied by you) than Lefty clamps, so won't be in line with rear. Plus the trail of Lefty is altered too.
Why did you do this? You could have bought another Lefty clamp for around £25 and there are proper kits to fit Leftys to non-Cannondale frames with 1 and 1/8th inch steerers.

I see you have also edited your January for sale thread and this one too omitting important info. Glad you can't edit my posts. Or what I saved expecting this. If you are happy with what you've created why hide the info?

What - the actual - hell?

A split in the head tube caused by a new sealed bearing a headset that had cups twice as deep as the original

There is no lump of weld but there is a slight bump in the surface where the weld has penetrated so I notched The lip on the cup not the bearing surface ,
Lefty fork diameter 41.7
Fork 40 obviously 40 mm ( when closed) open approx 40.5 mm an as I said used the dremmel to make it fit

Look at the photo it's not offset the wheel is inline
As for the crown it's solid alloy an if it was a conventional fork each crown would take the load of each leg

The pic in the other thread didn't have the top a headset race an washer installed an as a result the front end didn't sit square
So I deleted the pic
I haven't removed anything from this post though
I ve added photos to explain how the crowns are the same distance etc
