my american rts is 27.0 and my taiwanese one is 26.8, so might be down to where its made

1993 rts 1 (team) had 26,8 the 1995 rts taiwan had 26,8 too.

my american one, is sept 1994, i have a 93 RTS1, but havent checked the frame, as still stripping it
