Ok, it pains me to do this, but I have too many bikes and this is just not the right size for me. Luckily I have an 18 inch team frame so I'll make do with that.

Initially I'm guaging interest in a swap, perhaps for an interesting 18/19 inch hardtail. Material not an issue, would happily look at steel, alu carbon, ti or anything else out there. I would also consider a different full suspension frame, though have an AMP and a Mongoose, so would need to be something different.

The frame, shock and bushings are in fantastic condition, with very few marks. Frame is nice and tight and shock is spot on. I've also got the canti hanger for the rear brake.

I had some custom decals made by Gil, but aside from that, it is all original. It has also had the ti bolt upgrade, which apparently cost $200 back in the day (though I may swap these on to my team).

I bought this a few years ago, shipped it over from the states (even has a California bike license decal on it). I built it up in full xtr, spins and ended up with what I think is one of the best retro full suspension bikes made.

As I said, pains me to sell as it turned out so well, just not a rider for me as it is just too small for me.

Let me know what swaps may be on offer, as I'd rather swap than sell.

Other parts that may also be available, to help me find that 'special frame' are a set of Spins (unless the spins go with the frame) and some NOS Noleen Carbon Crosslink forks (inc smart shock).

I've been thinking more about what frame I might want, based on parts that I have that I want to hang from it, so the frame would need to look good wearing Pace RC36 Evo forks (with carbon braces). As for components, I'd be looking to fit either M900 or M95x.

Keep the offers coming, and thanks to everyone who has suggested swaps so far.

Cheers

Ian

Pics added. It is also a proper American built one, not one of the later RTS frames. If I recall, it is of 1993 vintage.

Some of the parts will also be available, as I'm moving some, but not all of the parts over to my AMP that I hope will fit better.

I think I'm hankering after a hardtail really, as I may retire my modern xtc and go full retro, but I'll consider anything really, just after something a bit different as I've done the retro full susser thing, with 4 now either built or in progress.

Ideally looking for something light, though I've not had a retro hardtail since my 531 framed Raleigh Cajun back in 1990, so a little out of touch with such things.

Still looking for that something special. May even consider adding the spins into the mix. I also have some NOS carbon crosslinks with smartshock that I may also consider parting with if it sweetens the deal and gets me somewhere towards a nice retro classic.

Cheers

Updated the post as still looking. Had some interesting offers to date but nothing that has stirred my mind into planning a build.

Keep em coming.

Last call before cash/money transaction.

Been thinking about frames I'd like to own, and have come up with a zaskar (although there are of course many others).

If anyone wants a trade, let me know.

Bump.

I'd probably let the frame go for around the £250 mark due to the fact that it is in such good condition, and has the ti-bolt upgrade kit.

Some parts may also be available for sale/swap. Just ask.

Spins however I am not sure I'm parting with. I want to see what they look like on my AMP build before I decide to let them go, and this is still boxed at the moment.
