Here is a picture of my latest bargain find

I am not sure exactly what year it is but it has RST 260 forks and the catalogues only got upto 1998 which is the first year it is in.

Not sure if its correct year so anybody can help would be great.

The grand total it has cost is £0 as was tip rescue, front tyre has punture which i have fixed, cleaned it up abit today (picture was taken before hand) and all gears select fine only thing it needs is new set of V brake pads! bars and stem are abit rusty so will be breaking out the tin foil and water to see what happens

not sure whats going to happen to it yet but i couldn't leave it at the tip it was too good for that

some new pictures after having a cleaning session today

still got to attack the handlebars and stem, lube up the chain and take it for a quick spin and see what its like. Think headset bearings need greasing aswell.

Only just spotted, great find. Had my Outpost Trail since new, used as
daily rider for 11years on/off road all weathers. Might have been
relatively cheap (by GT standards in those days but utterly bullet proof).

Just about everything is original as well !
