gt hybrid frame bosses

Sorry for all the questions guys.

I've picked up an Aluminium GT triple triangle frame for my new commuter build but it hasn't come with rear canti bosses fitted. I bought some and promptly managed to snap one off in the frame, I've managed to remove it ok but I'm wondering if the threads in the frame aren't M10 x 1.25mm as they look coarser?

Have bought some different ones but they don't fit either. Plus I've just got the threaded alloy bosses and no part for the v brake pin to sit into. Really struggling for ideas now guys. Will try and get a pic up later so it's clearer. Did GT's come with a special v brake adapter on the rear?

Haven't got a clue mate, just came painted in 2 tone met blues with no markings or decals

Heres what it looks like,no canti bosses and no holes for the canti springs to sit in for tension???

those look suspiciously like the holes for u-brake bosses on an early pantera that I had back in the day....

Its a 700c hybrid frame if that helps.

it's be entirely possible that someone who doesn't know about u brakes to think the higher bosses meant 700c wheels

Does anyone know what thread the bosses are please so I can have some made up?
