came across a set of gt cow print / splatter forks the otherday, they have 3 positions on the dropouts, are they to just give longer/ shorter fork or for say 24 inch and 26inch wheel? thanks

If they are white with black I'd say they are off a 91 (zebra) or 92 (dalmation) Avalanche.
Probably won't look good on a Zaskar, unless it's similarly painted.
