Read this from the poster after I called him out on all his internet lies....funny boy this guy.
his Bravado; is an 1987, before the chineese or taiwaneese, bought the whole factory and shipped it out of 'Huntingdon Beach california" where the first bikes where made. Gary and his expert welder freind who he taught to weld, eventually went into partnership in CA. The first bikes they made where BMX one piece 28-35mm chrome steel tube frames. The company grew, and moved from the "House Site" to purpose built workshops, and production went up. Years later garry Died, and the partner took the case to court, the defendant was "Mrs Turner, he lost the case after a long battle, won nothing, all rights went to Mrs turner, who sold it all lock stock to the "Foreigners"......who now sell and own the original equipment and brand. If you are younger than "Nineteen" or abouts.......you wernt even born when the "Greatest bikes on the planet, inc all comp series bikes, where made by hand "Frames"......by gary and his partner.......for the "Team GT/ EU and world championships".............if you doubt this, and you think Garry Turner is still alive.........could you show me a picture of gary from......1998 onward??..............do you think the tai's invented "GT"??.........is Mr America...now living in Taiwan??..........and still welding bikes at the age of 122yrs old??......................you should do some "Indepth Reaserch'.............Look at "Carati sport Importers..........now gone bust in 1998??.........
And yes the bike is from the "Olympia Show in London 1993-4.........and Hans did use the bike supplyed by the sole UK importers for the GT ranges of BMX and MMB's..........
I sent him a picture of Gary with Hans Rey from the bike shows this past fall.
