TK's! Here in Brazil is almost impossible get any information about the GT bikes...99.9% certain that is genuine. I can't remember seeing the ® sign on either of the GTs I had. It's not necessary to use it every time the trade mark is used, either.

Looking at that frame number I would hazard a guess at a 2004 model. it was not GT's best period for frame design. I mean they were okay if you didn't know any better, but they weren't as nice as the older pre 2000 GT frames/bikes.HI!
