GT Avalanche '92

mint!

wow that looks mint! had the choice between one exactly the same and a diamond back axis as my third mountain bike............ went for the axis and still not sure whether i made the right decision!!!

 loving that, unfortunately shipping a 30lb to the UK would cost several times the current price of the bike.

That is indeed lovely. I had the team avalanche that year, but lovedthe zebra of this more.
Deviation form orig look to be the seatpin (was GT), the orig. had black rims, it seems to be on rapidfire plus, and the stem and bars are swapped. Originally had a flip flop to go with those wacky adjustable rake forks. Proper GT. Well tempted. . just too flinkin big :(

GT when they were good..

I realise I'm splitting hairs.. But I prefer GTs the year before, without the Fork Rake adjustment etc.

The Avalanche was a deep maroon colour..?

I just meant I preferred them when they still had U-brakes on the back.
