I asked the owner if it came with the bar/stem combo and she said it didn't, but I'm not sure if she knew what I was referring to. Judging by the photos of the bike the stem is clearly a Grove, but it's hard to make out if the bars are attached (looks like they are). The bike was listed as "aluminum" and possibly a 2000 year model, so I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised.

The one I picked up is a nominal 17", which is a size smaller than the one on ebay (and in the middle of the three sizes offered), but they have pretty long top tubes compared to most of the bikes from that era. In any case, if it doesn't work out I'll let you know.
