I have a set of gripshift bar end shifters fitted on tri bars that are possibly the model you're after. I don't think gripshift did many shifters like these, so would reckon there's a good chance my ones could be the model, so will dig the bars out of storage and check for you. No idea if they'd previously been used with DA kit unfortunately, which of course would have given you a good idea more quickly
