Grips - what are peoples fav's???

ODI attack................£7 from wiggle

ribbed for her pleasure!....................on no, that's something else.
ribbed for your comfort?

I used to love the Onza Ules grips and would use them on any bike I had, including the clear ones that you could put a sticker under. I did find they could spin when the going got very wet but were super comfy. Now though I only use Odi Rogue grips with lock on collars as I have gorilla hands and find thinner grips to small. I also do have a pair of Odi Yeti lock on's on one bike and they are OK for grip size. I do prefer lock on's as they stay put and pop off easily when you need to get them off.
Now if you could get Ules' in a lock on grip I could be very tempted to go back to them. 8)

Another vote for Oury here, I'm a recent convert but run them on pretty much everything now, helped when On-One were selling them cheap!

Cheers

ODIs are the best I ever used but can't get them in Denmark so have been managing with whatever I can get my hands on.

Pedros Bob Rolls were OK.
Ritchey WCS foam too.

Otherwise there's not really been anything I'd buy again.

+1 for the lock-on type grips being a bit crap. Even on my FSR with carbon bars, they're just to hard. Won't be buying more of them again.

+1 for Ergos

Always used to use Odi Yeti, super soft and comfortable but recently switched to some ergo's. Compound is nowhere near as soft but the ergonomics more than make up for it. They are dead comfy for longer rides and I've stopped getting callouses on my palms (but then again I do have office workers 'fairy soft hands'!)

ESI's far and away the best grip I have ever used, comfort and weight of foam grips but with the stay put properties of lock on's (just a bit of windoline in the when putting them on and leave for 24 hours) without having to have horrible bits of metal digging into your hands.

It's little wonder that most xc pro's use them, no matter who sponsors them.
They do cost a little bit more than normal grips, but only a few £'s and last a reasonable time, doubt you will want to use anything else after using these.

Not seen these before - they do look pretty good, especially the 'Chunky' ones...
