Grey coloured tub' tape ?

Thinking back some many years ago you used to get really sticky grey coloured tub'tape for sprint rims!

I wonder if this still can be found ?

Yes used it and sold it in the 90s trying to remember the name
was it jantex?
The brain cell is loosing its memory.

No idea what it was called Carl! All I can remember that you could see a weave
of fabric along it and it was as sticky as glue but much neater.

Thats it wrapped in clear packaging with circular label on it.
Much better than glue easier to use put tub on inflate a little and peel backing tape off from between rim and tub and it stuck fast no need to wait 24hours like most glue.
Going to bug me now as i cant remember the name.

I remember using some of this grey tub' tape to stick a spoiler down on a car...lol

Doesn't seem to be about any more.

Continental, Jantex still do the same sort of thing.
