HI any change a pic of the front of the stem? any decals or laser etching on it???

The stem part from shaft to clamp is not made made out tubing material, but out folded ti plate. Hence the many angles you see.

The stem's box is telling me a 110mm size Grammo weighs 170 gram. A little more for this 130mm example I suppose.
