One lonely Front Wildgripper in green, is looking for a new home with a matching rear...

Used but not all that much, still plenty of life left.

Steve:

Did they actually make a 'Rear Spcific' version of these, or did they make one that was universal, and then a 'Front Specific' one (like yours)?

Only ask as I have two Wild Gripper 'Comp' tyres in green which are arrowed as being bi-directional.

Interested in finding out if yours would make a correct 'set' for one of mine.

From what I've seen, there was both a 'rear' and the universal of which you speak.

I'll go thru my picture library if you're really interested? see if I can see a difference in tread patterns....

The rear specific doesnt have the defined ridge down the centre like the front, it's more wide based "spikes".

If you don't mind that's be cool.

It may also be down to the fact yours is a 'Lite' and mine a 'Comp'.

Not being massively au-fait with the Michelin range of rubbers, did they have multiple models in the green - a la Spesh Umma Gumma series...?
