Graphicshack?

Has anybody on here used Graphicshack recently?

I ordered some decals from them (before I knew of Gil who I have since used for the other bits I need) 2 weeks ago and apart from the confirmation email I have heard nothing and certainly not received any decals! I emailed on Monday with a polite prod and have had no response. Just tried calling and the phone rings then just goes dead.

So, before I go off the deep end and request a credit card charge back does anybody on here know if there is anything going on that would mean poor service. I run a small business myself so if something dramatic happens with family or the like then one's attention obviously isn't on fulfilling orders.

I could be wrong, and I'm sure someone will correct me if I am.... but pretty sure there was someone else on here having issues with this company, can't remember who or what the outcome was though, sorry :facepalm:

Ta, it may not sound too helpful but it is. Mentioned it to a mate a while ago and they were funny with him about colours on their site not matching what was produced but that was ages ago.

Digging a touch deeper, their facebook page no longer exists and the last time they tweeted anything was a couple of years ago. Now, not everyone is a social media whore but in this day and age it does not bode well. Charge back it is and get on to Gil I think.

Sorry for the slight hijack

Im looking for some very sticky decal material in purple but i need it to be extremely thin. Any suggestions anyone ?.

Ive some red bits on my purple build and as purple decals arent supplied on them i though id make them. Stands to reason.
Its just a matter of making each then ovelaying them so as not to cause any permanent damage. And were talking small shaped pieces, like on part of a component youd rather be different from the stock colour, as opposed to entire makers/bikes details

A shame, but maybe an opportunity for bike manafacturers to supply a stock part ,devoid of any decals, then sell them as a seperate part for the custome to customise at will.
