Grand Bois randonneur

Filochard

Dirt Disciple
This 700C randonneur, manufactured by Oyakata (the master), was originally designed for a craft exhibition.
The frame has been repainted and the components have been reassembled, notably with a Dura-Ace R9100 (10s) groupset.
It is made of Kaisei 4130R fillet brazed tubes and cross seatstays for greater strength.
The front fork is a 23mm diameter round fork, fitted with a special GrandBois fork crown.
The front rack is designed to accommodate lightweight, compact panniers, making it ideal for long bike trips of a week or more.

The price is now just over ¥580,000 (< 2600 £) before tax after a 20% discount.

It must be collected in person which will be an opportunity to bring back a beautiful souvenir of your trip to Japan 🇯🇵.

Does anyone know the name of that fork crown? I want a pair with the same, no idea what for but just to hang on the wall for the time being would be enough.
