The frames are a US made Easton program job. Made for the Euro importer Sevysa to hang lovely Joes, Ringle, Grafton, Manitou, Syncros.

I had a black one named the "Blue Night" which had been anodised blue masked off then anodised black over the top. Stunning and lovely bike to ride with its Manitou 3 forks and Syncros post.

These frames could have been built by a very well known Frame builder!?

merlin built a few prototype grafton titanium softtail frames, but they never made production.
