I use Jagwire , complete set for £12 on ebay , including outers . they only come in a lovelly white pearl colour , but they are excellent for the price .

bugger jagwire crap shimano sp41 outer on the gears and shimano stainless inners and the shimano outer brake with the shimano stainless inners i just swap out when needed works out about a £9.20 a go every other year so much easier and cheaper in the long run
