Good set of wheels which support disc and v brakes ?

Hi i have a 1999 stuntjumper and the frame doesn't support rear disc breaks, but obviously i want matching wheels , i don't want to exceed 200 quid and want a light wheel which supports both break types ..
anyone got any recomendations or solutions ?
